Un4gvn2 on the Official Playstation Forums has been looking for this mutator and I could have sworn this was on the site already. Or the Beta version of Classic VCTF had two separate mutators but I checked and it didn’t. So by request here it is. NOTE: In the “My Content” page this mod will show up as “AssortedVehicles” but on the “Mutator” page it will show up as “NoVehicleLocks”. Ravu al Hemio writes, No Vehicle Locks: vehicles in team bases, at cores or nodes are not locked and can be therefore hijacked by the other team
