This mutator unlocks enemy vehicles and allows vehicles to carry flags in Vehicle CTF games. In addition, when using this mutator in TDM games enemy vehicles are also unlocked. Xyx writes, “I personally feel VCTF was broken when it was “fixed” despite never having been broken. This mutator enables UT2004 style VCTF.
